January is just such a ‘nothing’ month when it comes to makeup. Gone are the Christmas sparkles, the reds and golds and glitters. Spring colours are way too far away to be getting excited about and autumnal colours are loooong gone. So January just doesn’t have much to offer, but never the less, here is whats in my makeup bag in this nothing month.
For base I am in love with L’Oreal true match foundation. This is the new formula bottle and I am just in love!! I have already done a previous blogpost on that if you want to check that out.
My favourite powder at the moment is the Mac mineralise skin finish. I could go on about this forever!! I just loooove how well it sets my makeup and is so long lasting. Definitely my favourite at the moment.
You all know that for brows I use the L’Oreal brow artist in light to medium. This is the only product that I think suits my brows and I have even converted my mum!!
For a bas on my eyes I use the Bare Minerals shadow stick and then use the Bobbi Brown nudes quad for my crease and for the inner corner of my eye. I just love this combination because it looks so natural and pretty on my eyes with just a hint of sparkle.
And finally, I use the Clinique chubby stick in ‘budding blossom’ because it is such a gorgeous natural colour that keeps my lips so moisturised throughout the winter months.
