If you have been following me on any form of social media, you may have seen one or two posts hinting where I was (LOL SOZ FOR THE SPAM LOVE YOU GUYS).
For the past week I have been basking in the French snow and it has been bliss. I went on a family holiday to the French Alps to a little village called Val D’Isere. Although I have been skiing many times before, we had never visited that village and so I was so excited to go! Skiing is one of my favourite sports and I wish I had the money to go more often.
We were so lucky when we were there and were able to enjoy amazing sunshine (except one day) and insane snow! The mountains surrounding Val D’Isere were insane and I can’t believe how far we travelled each day going up and down various mountains.
The village of Val D’Isere was very quaint (and rather posh if you ask me- soooo many private chalets I was ogling!)
I loved being able to explore the streets and plan my dream chalet in the various boutiques they had out there.
For those wondering, my skin jacket is from Dare2Be. Although I got it a while back so I believe it has been discontinued. It’s my all-time favourite though as it’s so warm and so unique! This year there were thousands of monochrome jackets, and although usually I am all about that monochrome life, on the slopes I prefer to not blend with the snow.
My snow boots though… OMG I LOVE THEM!! I think snow boots are honestly the best invention- they are so warm and stylish and so grippy on the snow.

I honestly had the best week in the Alps and am so sad that it’s over. However, I am lucky enough to be able to say that I have another ski holiday to look forward to (in less than a week!!) where I am actually going to Switzerland with my boyfriend and his family. Bring on the next skiing adventure!
